Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the quality of the food was great. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
My room faced a mosque and during Ramadan, I was woken up abruptly at 4 am by loud noises. I should have chosen a room not facing the mosque.

Conveniently located near Marmaray train station, easy to explore Istanbul. Room was comfortable and staff, especially Eren Duru, were helpful with arranging early check-in and providing useful information. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. Surrounding residential area and nearby supermarket made for a peaceful stay. Shuttle stop for new Istanbul Airport conveniently close.
